★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much of fake billing had to revise the bill.they don't have clarity on reports they do all the tests for kidney stone when we showed our reports our family doctor said these were unnecessary things they have done they don't get patient go from there hospital. There are other patient vistor crying for there discharge still hospital is not letting them. Please improve patient satisfaction. Nurses are playing games on mobile inside crital area not letting patient to sleep very bad treatment. Be care full money minded doctors. Heard listening in lift by doctors telling he is so much worried because 3 patients got discharged today from icu. Business minded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience yesterday. Felt cheated. More concern was shown in prescribing tests than hearing to the patients problems. Doc was searching for the test for writing in the prescription on Google than listening to our problem. No wonder the tests cost us 48K. It is not about the money. The uncaring attitude that hurts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without giving information regarding doctor arrival there staff is chitchatting and wasting consumers valuable time. Really bad management and staff doesn’t have any responsibility . At least in giver hospitals without any payment they give better treatment. Here along with the loss of money we need to waste our valuable time also better not prefer this hospital for emergencies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and care by medical and non-medical staff. All staff made our in-patient stay a very pleasant experience despite going there for a health issue. After all this, overall bill was very reasonable compared with many other leading hospitals. Hospital rooms and open areas are cleaned every now and then. Doctors took good, informed decisions. Since this is a multi-specialty hospital, I recommend this hospital for any kind of health issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my son to the hospital for appendectomy and the experience was great. Very experienced doctors and well equipped hospital. My interaction with the senior doctor and the duty doctors has been very positive. They are very patient and guide us on the right treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our visit to this hospital post Wave 2 was excellent. Doctors took care of our family member exceptionally. Security team was cordial too. During emergency Valet parking was done. They have great lab facilities. Thanks to all the doctors nurses and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital has all facilities to treat the emergency and covid patients..The hospital has good ambience and advanced facilities, the patients are treated like family, must appreciate patience of the nurses here, they take very good care of you..The staff was also good. Overall the hospital looks like a 5 star hotel than the hospital..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at the hospital today. I had a friend of mine who is admitted and wanted to visit him. But security guard was rude saying no pass no entry. I am trying to make the security understand that the patient is alsone and I have some to visit him. But denied the entry and a staff had come down stairs to handover the pass.
Also another crazy thing is that they won't allow any fruits which visitors bring. This is something new that I am hearing. Any visitor who comes to visit the patient brings fruits or food. If that is not allowed then what kind of hospital we are referring to here... I don't understand.
I wanted to write a feedback at hospital feedback box, but did not find any.... Hence, giving a review here.
