Have been visiting for many years and we find this shop to be better. Amazing collection and variety of tops, jeggings and nightwear for ladies. They are reasonably priced and the quality of clothes never disappoints. The salesmen are polite and very helpful.

One stop shop for all clothing needs from lingerie to party wear for Men, kids and Ladies.

Great place for buying kids clothes for occasions....casuals r a little expensive.. but overall they have a nice collection for ladies ,gents and kids wear..

This is the condition of a top bought just last week which hasn’t been worn yet even once. The cloth quality is sooo bad that the layers of cloth are coming off every second, you can see how fragile the cloth is. Pathetic quality and over priced. And trust me I’ve been a loyal customer of Sagar for decades and the recent shopping experience has been highly disappointing. Also, I had bought another top in September 2021, it was only later discovered that the top had been stitched at its sleeve to hide the tear that it previously had since it’s material was wearing off too but then I ignored it but this time I couldn’t stop myself from sharing since I don’t want any customers to go through what I’ve been through twice!!

Extremely Rude and utterly Disrespectful behaviour with customers. Zero manners to deal with customers. Have been a regular customer to the store since almost 7+ years now. Everytime I purchase clothes & accessories, the person at the counter offers 5-10% discount on the bill (even without requesting) knowing that we are regulars to the store. When I visited the store 2 days back, post shopping I saw a new face at the counter and asked the gentleman if he can offer the discount? The first thing he said was "you are not regulars. I haven't seen you before. When was the last time you visited our store ha? Do you have our carry bag? Our bill? You should carry it to prove that you are regulars. You aren't coming from any reference either. If you would come and say i know this xyz person or i am this xyz person's friend I could still consider but otherwise it's fixed price and we don't offer any discounts." I told him that's not the right way of talking to the customers. If you don't trust us when we say that we are regulars, that's okay, we haven't seen you at the counter either. We are fine if you aren't willing to offer us any discount. And who carries previous visits bills and carry bags to the store just to prove that I am regular visitor? It's not about 300/500 rs that we would save with discount. It's about talking so rudely with your customers. These words were such insult. I don't understand how in a country where customers are treated like God, some people insult them so badly. We aren't some roadside cheapos coming to your store and negotiating. We visit your store four times a year and make purchases worth thousands. At least have basic sense and respect and manners of talking to people. Icing on the cake was when I asked the gentleman's name while moving out of the store, he said his name was Hitesh but don't come back next time lying that Hitesh gave us discount the last time. I chose to remain silent over that comment and walked out. That was when I decided to not step back in this store ever again and spread the word amongst my friends, family and colleagues. They might lose some business, may be about 70-80k a year but they have lost all the respect. If any of the store owners are reading this or Hitesh - if you are the store owner, please learn to respect your customers. First time visit or a regular customer, we understand your shop policy (for Sagar Stores ofcourse it's different for their known people and customers who come with references or bills from previous purchases) but saying a "sorry, ours s fixed rate store.offering a Discount won't be possible" if far better than disrepecting them.

Perfect place to buy clothes, shoes for occasions and casuals. Owner is quite humble and staff is co-operative. >>Prices. Fresh stocks. It does offers sales too.

I absolutely adore the trendy style this store offers. The clothes fit so well. Most important of all I appreciate the humbleness and coordination from the owner and the staff, they’re always very helpful. Must visit
