★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a property from this builder in sec.85 faridabad and just after 3-4 months we started getting issues of seepage, builder refused to provide any support despite being promised of 1 year after sales maintenance support..
After checking it from local plumber we got to know that the pipes are used of too bad quality , we have to broke large area of our room walls to find the fault and have to pay hefty bucks to fix it..
Apart from the above we observed :
1. Celing fans are so cheap quality literally the poorest quality fans provided in all the flats
2. Floor tiles started getting scratches all over in all the flats just after 3-4 months that speaks of the quality they used
3. Walls are not covered with water resistance paint/putty due to which almost every flat in the building got some seepage during rainy season
4. Big question mark on the material used since everything is falling apart in just an year now
I am hugely disappointed & disheartened as we have wasted our entire hard earned money and now bearing the repercussions to go with this builder
If you want to waste your money just try them and you will empathize our feelings..
