Manager is too busy roaming outside the restaurant's patio taking up his personal calls. Staff is mostly without mask. Food was useless...left more than half of it untouched.

Kitchen staff will not follow requirements of customers thru waiters and messup ordered items as per their expertise. Horrible taste of so called Famous South Indian Filter Coffee @Rs.100. Why do they serve North Indian stuff without any cooking experience. Outlet doesn't seem to be original Sagar Ratna but run by some dubious party.

Quality of food is good.
Cleanliness inside restaurant.
Cons:
No washroom in restaurant. Mall washroom sucks, you can't stay there for a second
Order takes time.
Too costly but quality is good so can bear with it. But can be a little less.
No entrance from outside the mall like bikanervala. You have to enter the mall to go to the restaurant. The reason I say that is because the mall is pathetic.
