★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sagar Ratna keeps to the name. In the mid 2018 - 19 they were very bad at cooking. I loved Neelgiris too & had lot of memories there. Overall satisfied & service & staff very courteous. One star less as entire place needs remodeling as per the brand.

They have Indian and Chinese food also in the menu but order for which they are famous for South Indian. Dosas are nice but samber was below the taste level, tomato chutney was not fresh giving a bad taste. Dahi vada was good.

I ordered Masala Dosa which was yummy and crispy but onion masala dosa was very loose and there was no crisp ?? but the Chilli potatoes was mouth watering and had less quantity in respect of cost.
The rate in respect of taste, staff, environment, quality and quantities of portion is 4.5 out of 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sagar Ratna is a famous south Indian food restaurant which has many branches all over Delhi.
To be honest the taste of Sagar Ratna may vary from branch to branch. I have been to 3 branches of Sagar Ratna in Canaught place, Mayur Vihar & Noida. My favourite branch was the Canaught place branch because it had a better ambience in comparison to others. But there is a sort of consistency when it comes to Masala Dosa, Chole Bhature & Raj Kachori, I'm pretty sure they do justice to their other dishes too but these three are a safer bet for sure. Sagar Ratna is a bit expensive but I certainly get a positive vibe about the restaurant when it comes to south Indian restaurants. It's definitely value for money if you're in a mood to have vegetarian food.

Pros: Taste, Quality, Service, Location, Ample Seating, Pure Vegetarian
Cons: Pricing, Parking, No Jain Menu, No elevator (need to take stairs to reach first floor)
Tip: Try their Ghee Roasted Masala Dosa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless. Low quality and very small serving. Low quality stainless steel serving plates and stainless steel glass. Servers are over burdened and there body language shows there highly unmotivated. Restaurant inner temprature are also not controlled. One of the air conditioner spills water on seats and staff doesn't even warn us that you shouldn't sit there. Or even they don't bother to block that area. My overall experience is very Bad not worth of money they billed to us. And this branch is not upto Sagar Ratna Standard. Or The Sagar Ratna Chain Level is also low now.
