★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for fist time with my friends and family, not so good experience decoration seating arrangements are good but food and serving quality was very very poor they are charging 4 star restaurant price
My family & friends given 6 out of 10 points on taste
3 out of 10 points on quantity of food & deserts
2 out of 10 points on serving cutlery
1 out of 10 points on ordering time
(they take 15 min to serve tomato soup & after dinner they take 20 min to serve Gulab jamun)
This is not actual Sagar Ratna its a duplicate restaurant
So don't waste your money...
Pizza Hutt ya Burger King chale jao vo jada aacha hai.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name of Sagar Ratna was not justified . The manager was not proactive and did not explain the quantities we'll and also did not know the delivery timings of dishes .
The dahi vada was so bad. The dahi was seeming to be genuine curd. It seemed some kind of cornflour mix. And the curd was too sweet.
The malai soya chaap had no malai.... Taste was still ok but nothing to call it a restaurant grade.
The thaali was a disappointment as the butter paneer, veg and the rice was just too sweet and had no taste.
The coffee we had ordered on arrival was given after we finished food and that also on reminder.
The bill also came wrong. The manager quietly charged me for the double dahi vada when he served only the single.
This place is off my list now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food taste was good but the dining area space is too small. They don't maintain temperature, hence it was very hot even at dinner time. Ambiance is not family friendly. Nothing like sagar ratna standard interior. Cleaning staff was not there.

Tandoori roti was not good at all and i order 3 time cold coffe they provide first time only milk and second time too much strong coffe and third time i said .. do pack my coffe and packed coffe in container?? this is how they provide worst everything no music..staff member are rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experienced delivery ever. This is how their delivery team works. The dosa was all messed up die to the inappropriate positioning of the box. I ordered in a very fresh mood and ended up eating disappointed. Even the taste was disappointing as because of the messy shape.

They way they talk i asked for services and they said what time you came and what rime is jow
According to them we should clock the time also not serving all dish at once you finish one them second comes
Pathetic and worst
Over charged not gud not worth for money
Ps : please try street food instead of coming here
