★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional , would like to call out Mr. Bharat , who despite of making a major credit card error , acted as if nothing big happened - when I called back and informed about the error and went back to get the refund back , instead of apologizing , ,he made me wait for 10minutes and sounded rude . I have been a regular customer to this shop and now ,iam surely done . They surely need to work on customer centricity .
