★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and fake seat allotment. I booked 1 ticket 3 days prior my departure. At the time leaving my seat got cancelled and this guy allotted me another seat. When I asked them to give my booked tickets they told me to leave and started shouting.
Don't book from this agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upset with the service provided. My parcel was booked from Gujarat which was arriving at Thane via sagar travels. This guys didn't unload my parcel at kalwa, and the parcel goes misplaced.....Which i found it at Pune in a very bad condition after 3 days of continuous follow-up .
Melvin, the owner of sagar travels, extremely unprofessional and arrogant person, very loose talking person.

It is their mistake and they charge extra from my family during the jurney .
How can trust these people who are on their words

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was rude and mannerless. Driver left the bus before time and warned that he will leave me behind if I didn't come as per his time. Seats were not comfortable. They let some villagers came in by midnight and they were all noisy. No proper management. Rest stops they chose were not hygienic at all.

In the middle of traveling they ask extra money from my parents for their mistake.
A lady staff name Amrapali made a mistake because of her may parents took different bus. To change that bus during journey they ask extra money from my parents. Another Lady staff don't know her name she gave me assurance of safe travel and requested me to pay 50% of amount to change the bus remaining 50% they will pay.
I agree to that point, after that they charge full extra pay from my parents. How can we trust those people.
