★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They look good, the whole colony has more than 100 houses which is a usually better because you get a diverse community. There are mainly 3 standard sizes ~800, 1100, 1320 sqft apart from these there are going to be a few with bigger and inbetween sizes too. All the houses despite their size are 4 bedroom houses. The design of 1100 sqft House is pretty logical and attractive, including the toilet designs. 800 sqft and 1100 sqft has one car parking while the 1320 can park 2 in the given space easily. Overall, the colony looks promising though it is under construction.

I have purchased a 4 BHK bunglow in sage heritage colony. During the time of booking multiple promises were made also many benefits were committed . Once the payment is completed , sage group denied with all their promises. The main office is located in MP nagar where all the members are so occupied in bluffing people that nobody gives value to your concerns. Nobody listens to your problems.
During the deal of house we have been promised to recieve gold coins as a benefit. Later on the sage team mentioned that gold company is closed, we cannot help.
No body pick the phone in office how many times you try. No connectivity. No proper roads.
They make you sit in their offices for 4-5 hours even for small help. They will talk only when you buy and pay them . Once purchased they don't bother about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society overall looking nice. But no main gates, no boundaries for every home is a concern. Privacy and security of your belongings is compromised on this aspect.

Bad Management.
Lack of amenities . No roads. no gate. No proper commute. They haven't provided any maintenance , still asking for 2100 charge monthly as maintenance cost.
I am still chasing for the promising words which Agrawal management made during booking.
They have given coupons while Booking which can be reimbursed once we get possession. Now the management have blocked the number.they do not respond. I have tried multiple time to connect with Pragati , Anand who are among the leading staff of P nagar. Very fake people with fake promises.
Society is now not following town and country planning plan. Rather doing random changes which is more problematic.

The quality of material being used is so degarades that even putting a small nail in wall will take out a big cement part of that area. You cannot drill anything , else it leads to more destruction. Gates provided by the sagar group are one kick breakable. No proper locks.
Almost every month drainage issue is there. Though they give Jaguar fitting in toilet still you will face many issues during usage.
During rainy season water pours infront of the house . No proper drainage maintained with in society.
And most importantly , though they charge crores rupee for a 1000 sq. Ft area on the name of extra amenities provided. Let me elaborate.
No club house
No security at gate
No pool area
No office where we can put a complaint
No roads
No commute
No pest control measures.
