★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That store is a total fraud in plain sight. They don't cater to the customers needs. They only charge very high price for spectacles and don't provide the quality or support they promise while purchasing from them even after paying so high. They sell some faulty products and take no responsibility. They always acclaimed that the Ophthalmologist was responsible for the error, not them. Even the sells-boy continuously tried to persuade us to believe that all things are in order only Dr prescribed wrong power!!! I checked with another store and found that Saha Opticals actually gave me a cheap version of the original one they promised while purchasing.
I went there as one of my neighbor suggested about them but I got very pathetic experience with them. I would suggest everyone not to even get close to this particular optical store. They will definitely cheat you if you are a sober person with money to buy from their store.
