★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with my SMT.i was selected from campus interview it was my first job my first company.i was so excited to work there .we were approx 50 person at that time at Sachin plant .Production was also very less near about 3000 stents per months .I worked there 10 years .In this 10 years I had seen growth there always . From 50 employes to 1000 and from 3000 stent to 50000 stent per month .That is my growing SMT.it was just because of good management and employees bonding with each other.i have enjoyed all festivals, picnic, woman's day celebration and what not .All were so respectable there .Healthy Food free of cost .My family was running just because of SMT not mine lots of family is running because of our SMT.I have learned so many things from there I can't write everything here what I have achieved there.I wish I could see 50000 stents to 500000 stent in future and 1000 to 10000 employees there and many more my prayers is always with my great SMT.I love my SMT❣️ EVERYTHING WAS JUST BECAUSE OF GREAT DHIRAJLAL SIR?
