★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to bring to your attention that I got my daughter's things packed from her PG accommodation in New Delhi, and brought to Lucknow in this month. I communicated over the phone with some Mr. Naveen.
He assured us that everything would be packed and delivered at our door step within 5 working days. Payment details were not shared clearly.
The stuff was packed through a video call that the packers made and were guided by us here in Lucknow.
The bill shared was much more than what was discussed with us. At that point, we here in Lucknow, felt helpless and were left with no other option but to do as were told and we made the full payment.
The tracking id was communicated to us, which wasn't of much use. We received our things after 11days and during this period, all our efforts to connect with the packers went in vain. Mr Naveen would not take our calls and we were left clueless about the details of our stuff.
So many phone calls ,searching the net for your office in Lucknow , communicating with other staff , we came to know that the items had reached Lucknow.
We at last, after so long got my daughter's things. They were packed very baldy, with no lamination. The taping too had come out
I'm writing this mail to express my disappointment in your service. We recommended your name to others, but I'm sorry to say that we were completely dissatisfied with your services.
Hope you rectify your shortcomings and improve in the future, but we will not be able to recommend your services to others in future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD ALERT - I trasferred my bike from gurgaon to chittorgarh(12 hrs distance) from these people.
Thay committed to 4000 rs with no extra charge. Once they picked up my bike from pickup location, they sent the bill for 6000 rs. (800 octroi tax, 300 st charges and 918 rs GST). I told them about this, they talked ill mannered and abused me.
For 4 days they rode my bike in gurgaon for 300 kms and then removed the battery and then packed and uploaded in some ongoing truck to gurgaon.
6 days after that bike reached to delivery location with lots of damages and without the battery.
I have filed an FIR against them and all the 5 star reviews are fake. Save yourself and thank me later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to alert everyone, DO NOT use this cargo service. They are fraudsters. I have booked this service to deliver my car from delhi to Ahmedabad. After reaching here they demanded 4 time the amount that we agreed upon in the beginning and when I refused, they threaten to leave my car unattended. After receiving the car i saw some damage. After complaining about it, they have told to refund a small portion but till now they haven't. It was the worst experience I had.
