★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudulent Real Estate service. First of all they gave me room which had lots of problems. I had to pay ₹3500 for repair work which he as well as Owner never re-imbursed the amount.They never payback your Deposit amount fully. Mr.Hanif patel and his wife from Sahara real estate agency has straight away SCAMMED me for huge amount of money. I have done multiple follow - ups for repayment of my hard earned money. But to my awe he has never ever returned me back. Apart from that he has stopped answering my calls.i would request people to refrain from such scammers
