★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Item delivery not as per requirement and application. I ordered 150m rope but received 100m and 50 m rope which is not suitable for my application. Also when I asked to replace they told us to bear the courier charges even though it's their mistake. Not at all happy with the service. Will not recommend to anyone.
