I am visiting or occasionally going to this Hospital since my childhood, Dr. Sameer & Dr. Supriya Sahastrabuddhe has perfect diagnosis. Both the main doctors are polite & treat paitients properly. Hospital has ICU facility. Hospital premises is also good clean, since it is located on main road it is very convenient to reach.

One of my friends relative is admitted it's a COVID hospital.According to the present guidelines hospital makes the arrangements for Injection Remidesivir.When I told the doctor the same he started screaming and yelling at me.Please any of your family has COVID please donot do the mistake of taking your relative here.Rather take him or her to Muncipal hospital.Atleast you will get a proper treatment.I give it zero star

This hospital has grown over a period of past 15 years. The hospital area is reasonably good. New test machines have been added however training of staff has not paced with time. The doctors should do more of patient treatment and less of administration. Professionals should be given the hospital management work. Needs to me better maintained in cleanliness.

First of all Dr. Sameer Sahasrabudhe and other doctors are very polite and expert in there field. My experience was very bad only because of the other staff in hospital. I took my wife in emergency as she was not able to breath at all. Here is my list of bad experience. 1. As soon as she was admitted doctor asked nurse to take ECG. Nurse was not even knowing how to place the ECG leads. My wife had to assist her since she is also from medical field. 2. The nurse was not good at injecting the saline needle. My wife hand got swollen because of wrong application of needle. Even after asking them to apply needle on other hand they were not ready to listen. Only after instruction from doctor they changed it. 3. During discharge I paid full amount and asked for printed bill. Reception asked me to take bill next day since work load was high. Next day when I went they said that I still have to pay 3500, it was missed on the main bill. How can they discharge without right bill. Still It took 5 visits and 3 days to get printed bill. 4. My file was missing X-ray reports and USG reports. I called and asked for same. They literally had to search it in many drawers before handing over to me. All papers shall have been in file in first place. Overall experience was bad and had to make multiple visits just to get right papers for claim. Provided medication and advice from doctor were good and cured my wife soon.

Worst experience during such critical period. No clear advise by doctors, covid +ve patient was not supposed to treat at the hospital still they treat our patient for 13 days and insisted to shift when patient went on to bipap ventilator. Total ignorant from all staff members and right from nurse everybody behind us asking when shifting will be done.. Rude and irresponsible RMO and nurses.. When 62 years old patient on ventilator and frustrated says few words (not bad words at all) to RMO who is of her daughter's age, RMO felt patient is destroying her dignity. Such a childish behavior of RMO... At last they hold patient shifting for 1 hour as hospital bill was not credited to dr account due to their own problem.. In short bad very bad service, treatment, behavior of all hospital staff... Think twice before you consider this hospital... ?

Very poor service..no time management at all... Patients are asked to come at a particular time for an appointment and then they are been waited more than 2hours ... Experienced more than twice also Drs are very rude along with the staff ?????????

Very arrogant staff, they call patient 2 o'clock when patient book an appointment but actually doctor takes patient 4 o' clock, no value of others time. every staff member act over smart.
