★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this lab 3rd time earlier 2 times I have visited to do test for me and my wife but this time, I have visited to do test for my daughter. There were 5 test written by the doctor , they skipped 1 test which was for malaria.
When I visited the doctor then found that the malaria report were missing. I have replied them (pathology) via email with the concern since I didn't get any response on email so I have visited them again to highlight such negligence of their employees but no one seems serious that they did a mistake and they told me that they will do malaria test in 15 minutes and provide me report. There was no one who feel sorry everyone was in their mood , it seems that they are not serious about anyone's health, they are there to run their shop and earn profit. I will never visit that lab in future and also ask my friends and relatives to avoid visiting such a lab. As per me they don't deserve a single ? rating but Google doesn't allow me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't care about the customers. These ppl doesn't know how to run a business. There lunch time starts at 12 and ends at 2. No where in country you can find these. Very very lethargic behaviour. All the staff are always in what's app chatting. Don't know who is the owner and how they manage these staffs. The authenticity of the report has to be verified. Please think twice before going to this lab.
