★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saheta Apartment is located in sector 4 of Dwarka , plot 30. It is in between Kalyani and Ispatika apartments. It is near to NK Bagrodia school and modern convent school.
DPS Dwarka is also at walkable distance 500-700m.
Nearby are sector 4,5,11 and 12 markets. Nearest bus stop is DPS Matiyala (500m) and nearest metro station is sector 12 Dwarka (2km).
Saheta has only 3 bedrooms flats- all the flats in the society are same in area and architecture. Every room has a balcony even living room. There are three washrooms in total . Two with attached bathroom. One has only toilet and washbasin. One bedroom has an attached washroom.
The best part is every room has its privacy and no room is visible from the living room.
Cost varies from flat to flat - depending on the changes made in the flat by the owner.
Water and electricity is charged through individual meters for every flat plus there is society maintenance fee every month.
And if you have two cars, parking is charged . For one car it is free.
Society has its own community centre - extremely big . You have to pay nominal charges to book it. It is great for organising functions. There is playground inside the society for kids to play.
