Recommended: Don't travel on this bus at all..

Please dnt go with Sahiba .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No punctuality no proper staff and no driving sense either. Promised something Nd delivering something else. Uncomfortable journey and yes good for nothing. Never had this kind of experience. Poor quality bus Nd prices are high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost expirience ever drivers are non sense on the bus there is written AC sleeper but they off the AC for two hours the bus drivers are fighting with passanger we are not sitting free we paid for it. Bus.No= HR AC 1749

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! It makes 4 persons sit in 2 sleeper seats, i.e, in one cabin, 4 persons sit. Each person has to give Rs 1500 for sitting. Moreover, it makes passengers sit in the passway. So a passenger has to face difficulty to go out or come in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my jiurney from delhi to jammu my bus broke down near sonipat at around 11pm and i wait till 3 pm on the same loaction however no alternative option provided by the bus operater so i arranged a another way to reach location as I have a very important meeting to attand. It's really disgusting from starting as it starts 8:30 when bus start time was 7 pm. And i register a complain regarding the same through multiple times but no resolution provide by the bus operater nither redbus cc. No aminities provided no covid protocol follow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor & opportunist. I spoke to them on phone, they said the fare for one person is Rs. 1100 & when I reached there they ask for ₹ 1400 for the same & they sold the same ticket in higher fare as well because of Holi festival & cancel passenger online ticket because of no seat is available. One more important fact that I bought ticket upto Katra & they ask me to get down in Jammu & ask me to sit another bus which is nither Volvo nor sleeper, it's just an ordinary bus. The only thing that I wouldn't pay for that bus fare. SO SO SO POOR.
