Good and affordable 2BHK and 3BHK flats are available for rent and sale. Garbage collection from home is available.
Small park.
Fine Parking facility.
Guards.
3-4 km away from main city.
Signature banquet halls (restaurant), mayank blue water park, mayank resort and khanabadosh restaurant are very near on walk in distance.
Bhatia cricket academy just near by if u or ur child is interested in cricket.
But maintenance of multi is not so good.
Sometimes lifts don't work properly.
