This review is from actual customer with disappointing experience for cheap quality overpriced product and poor craftsmanship.
1) Initially 2 seater recliner we purchased had lot of issue with symmetry and stitching - both chairs were separately stitched with no match to each other.
2) Somehow after almost a month of back and forth discussion and some fixes - I accepted and kept the recliner with the defects.
3) Not even 3 months from purchase and rarely usage- side leg is falling apart and recliner is tearing on all seams and stitches - actual images attached.
Entire experience left an extremely bad taste and clarity of why we should go with brands - was trying to save few hundred and finally lost few thousand.
I wouldn't recommend the seller !
