★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT : I got replacement for my product on 17-03-2022, but its front camera is not working. I told them about that fault, they said they will check. I asked them to talk to owner because i already told them i don't have enough time. I also asked them for refund but they said if product is not available only on this condition refund can be given. But trust me... There is no refund.
They just denied for refund and if owner is reading it then please remove refund policy from your website.
Guys never purchase from this website. Yesterday i got my product and it was damage so i ask them to refund because i ordered it for my friend and he was very disappointed. So he told me that he needs his money back, no replacement, only money and customer care denied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had scheduled appointment with them 3 times, no one had turned up to pickup. Even the contact nos are routed to automated voice record and does not connects to any one. Need to improve your service levels.
Even major of the positive reviews seems to written by their own Sahi value team
Completely disappointed.

The only problem: the box did not have a fast charger. Should have checked that with them.
Overall I will give them 4.5 ?

If you are selling your old phone the money is transferred on the same day immediately to your bank account on the spot. Really good experience selling my phone and got a great value Pradeep is very helpful at the store. The entire process of selling my phone hardly took about 20 to 25 minutes.
