★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are too good specially Sushrut Badve (Orthopedic). Nurse and supporting is also very good and very calm and pleasent. Overall experience was very good. My son got fracture in his right hand and admitted for small procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father received an extremely good treatment before, during and after his surgery. Especially Smita Satav madam was extremely helpful and coordinated everything in terms of doctors appointments, pre surgery check up, during surgery stay, billing, insurance paperwork, post surgery wellness. Hats off to her efforts. The doctors, nurses, brothers, mama and mavashi and also 9th floor coordinator Anuradha madam were all very helpful, and joy to work with for my father and my family. Thank you for all their hard work.
The only suggestion for improvement my father has is about his ICU stay. The ICU was too busy, crowded and noisy (including human chatter and noise and which could have been avoided). He could not catch any sleep and rest at all in the ICU for 20 hours due to human chatting there of the doctors and sisters.
