★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience with handling of covid test. Needed test report for travelling, asked for home test. The person rescheduled 3-4 times and finally came after pleading to him. I was promised report within 24 hours, but no one cared to send it. After following up, the report was sent on whatapp and it had my name and age written incorrectly. The correct report never came. Absolute waste of time and energy. Their staff is not trained and they have no sense of responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's only one attendant at this outlet. And she is extremely slow. Just for Hb test she takes around 30 mins to make a receipt and 15 minutes to take blood. No matter what time you go, for 2 mins of work you will end up wasting an hour there.
This was my 4th time to go there because the sahyadri is reliable, i waited for 20 mins as she was making a receipt of an elder couple. I then went to another lab, did my test, on my way home i saw the same couple standing at the reception.. so a very great service by them if you have to much time on your plate.
