★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and absolutely unethical people. Our fridge broke down in the middle of summer last year and due to non availability of authorised brand service, we decided to get a local repair service. And these people turned out to be cheaters and liars who took advantage of the Covid situation. They not only overcharged us, but they could not even repair the fridge (it had cooling issues). They lied about putting a new motor when they actually put back the old one which stopped working again after a few days and then after calling them about the issue, they stopped taking our call and even switched off the number. Pathetic service. Public please be aware!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt and competent servicing by Sai aircool team. They fixed our 10 year old Whirlpool refrigerator which was leaking water by replacing the defrost timer. It seemed to solve the issue but started showing some more problems like continuous noise and ineffective cooling. Their engineer Naresh has good product knowledge and problem solving skills and best of all, patience. He addressed the problems, heeding our repeated requests. The fridge is functioning well as of now (2 weeks after servicing).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't make the mistake of taking their services. For 1.5 ton AC gas filling they charge Rs 2300 where as other vendors are charging 1500 to 1800. Also the owner wants visiting charges of Rs 300, when I asked why would you not inform over call about these charges he says " you didn't ask, so i didn't care to tell". Better be aware of such people.
