★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 86 years old mother got discharged from yatharth hospital greater noida, on 24-3-2020 and I wanted to take her to Gurugram .I hired Sai ambulance services.The first ambulance sent by sai services was stinking. When I complained about it, they took 45 minutes in sending a replacement. All this while, my old mother was lying outside the hospital. The driver whose name was Krishna and his companion who refused to disclose his name, were very rude and arrogant.They kept on driving rash despite my mother being in pain. My dad was real sick and we went with this ambulance service to hospital in the lock down period, doctor was doing dressing and checkup but the ambulance guy keep me calling to do all the stuff ASAP, he kept calling me multiple times and threating me that he will leave without taking us. My dad was on strecher and he was not able to walk or sit but ambulance guy keep pressuring us to do everything fast. My dad had a surgery and he had two drains pipes going through his stomach. While returning I asked ambulance guy to drive carefully but he rushed to our home like anything inspite my dad was having problem with the abrupt turns and sudden up down of ambulance van.
Request to this ambulance service management please consider patients as patients they are not like normal person who can do things quickly and come out soon, they depends upon doctor and because of their condition only they need ambulance.
