★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been in any other PGs before this is my first stay for a longer period away from home. This PG is provided with decent food with good taste. Has most facilities like Wi-Fi, lift, automatic washing machine, television, 24 hrs water supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst manager. No proper response. Asks for more rent immediately(from 5k he suddenly asked to give 7k)whenever he wants.
And adds more people into very conjusted rooms without information.
Never suggest this pg to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm currently staying here. I'll be giving a very detailed review. Lets start with the basic needs.
A: WATER
Pros:
1.There is no problem for water here. Tankers will fill the sump in time.
2. There is RO water purifier for drinking water.
No fridge is available.
Cons:
1. No fridge or cool water available here.
2. No water availability at every floor. You need to get down to ground floor to refill your bottle.
B: FOOD
Pros:
1. A weekly menu is followed here. Breakfast is good. You will not be running for food stalls in the morning for breakfast.
2. They will cook food for lunch aswell in morning itself. You can carry lunch box to your office. Don't expect a tasty delicious lunch though.
3. There is a common kitchen available. If u want to cook something like omlette or chicken curry you can. They will provide raw materials like masala salt onion etc. Toaster and oven are also available in this common kitchen.
Cons:
1. You will get bored by the food with in a month or two.
2. Sometimes if u are late for bf then there are chances of you may have to leave for empty stomach. Happened to me twice.
C: INTERNET
Pros:
1. Unlimited internet plan will be provided by pg staff. No FUP.
Cons:
1. Seriously guys here internet sucks. No action taken towards it even after several complaints. You will feel like in stoneage.
2. Not even Jio or Airtel will benefit you here. Every one will be using data here instead of wifi(because it sucks) so you will end up buffering for hours.
D: CLEANLINESS
Pros:
1. Every day cleaning staff will broom and mop the floors. Weekly once they will clean toilet. It is a clean and well maintained pg.
E: WASHING
Pros:
1. There are 3 washing machines available so no worries in that department.
F: General things to consider:
1. There is a lift facility here but for only 4 floors.
2. Expect zero ventilation and sunlight if u opt for first/second floor.
3. Tvs are available with whatever language content you prefer.
4. A common carrom board is a available for fun.
5. Friendly staff. They will solve issues quickly.
Over all i feel this PG is better to live in, but a bit expensive.

Building is new but rooms are too conjusted(small) to stay, can't even open doors(see image)
food is ok. but manager makes us feel rooms are conjusted by adding extra people into small rooms and demands more rent for every 2-3 months.
