★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. The executive was very polite and answered all of my queries. He ensured that all my concerns were addressed by making a video footage and sharing it over WhatsApp. The only drawback that I find about this place is that it's in Mira Road and I have to pay toll to get to this place. The Mira Road branch has body shop and workshop too whereas the one in Borivali has only the workshop. Also for the first timers, the place can be tricky to reach as it's in a very narrow lane that can be easily missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic behaviour by receptionist...waited for three hours for enquiry regarding accessories, she asked me wait...I waited for three long hours and when I said I'm leaving, she neither looked at me. And now they are calling and harrassing. Wondering how one receptionist is ruining your whole reputation. Mannerless and worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic behavior by receptionist... Why you guys appoint such manner less humans? To ruin your company's reputation? I waited for three hours just for enquiring about accessories... And she replied the advisor is on lunch break...for three hours? She didn't even respond when I said her i'm leaving after three hours...will not recommend anyone to visit your center. Worst.

If you have extra money to spend, you may please give your car for servicing here.
I gave my car twice here ..
The first bill was way too high without having done much in the car .. even spending a lot i had to get my car cleaned from outside after servicing.
On the 2nd occasion I dint want to give my car again but as the Service engineer forced and convinced me that this time the experience will be good and I gave. This time it has AC issue.
For getting AC rectified they shared me bill of RS 25k which i declined and asked them to send the car back as it is.
And i gave the car outside in a garage for AC issue and it got rectified in 2300.
Can you imagine the difference 25k and 2300.
Best advice -find other Service center or give it to local garage.
