★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for second year service. As per maruti service booklet engine oil, fuel filter, coolant, air filter, brake fluid to be replaced. They quoted second year service cost as 1650. When I saw bill they charged me 1650 + cost of all above fluid replacement (cost of material + labour charges). They charged engine oil cost more than mrp on engine oil box as well. Promised to deliver car in 3 hrs while took more than 5 hrs. Avoid this service station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having serviced my car at other service centres previously, I can emphatically acknowledge that the servicing at Sai Automobiles is far better than other Maruti showroom service centres.
The owner called me personally, gave me good advice on what should be serviced/ repaired based on the condition of my car. He also suggested what unnecessary/ superfluous issues should not be serviced at this stage. He was forthright in what he can do and what I should get done from other shops to save on cost. I was periodically updated on the progress of the servicing through photos on WA. The final bill was also reasonable.
Overall an Excellent experience.
