★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The link goes down for hours and hours. And then if you take follow up nobody picks up the phone. Even if they pick up , they will give u 5mins excuse n still the link is down for hours and hours. Would not recommend if one is looking for smooth service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't seen pathetic service like this.. Dont ever go for this ISP. At the time of connection they will tell many good things but when you buy the connection then after the sad story starts the internet goes down hours n hours sometimes whole day.
The service person does not know what customer service means...!!

This is the fourth day i am having internet issue but still they didn't fix it. By saying cable is not working. I have to get new one. But still no result. Very disappointing ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they are prompt with installation the internet service is not reliable. Lots of issues due to frequent drops, low bandwidths, speed fluctuations, no power back up, problem with peering - which gives problem with OTT platforms like primevideo, netflix, etc.
You get only 28days instead of full month for full month's fee, which is awful bcz in a year you are getting almost one month without the service even after paying for a complete year.
If you are polite they take you for granted and they do provide service but after dozens of calls for couple of days. This is becoming new standard of local ISPs which needs to be stooped. They don't even allow any other major ISP in the area playing monopoly in the domain.
