★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor maintenance.worst apartment ever seen.there is no unity between all tenants.. watch man will never be there.there is no generator and builder is not at all bothered.in total stay will be worse.there is ventilation issue over here.parking for so many apartments not available.As per municipality no apartment must have flat in ground floor but in this there are ground floor flats and 1 floor exceed on top then approved floors..
