★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor maintenance and huge water problem. This committee doesn't care about tenents problems. If you want to convey your problem the answer is only single line, which is "VACATE AND GO"and the great thing is this answer is not from owner, it's from committee. Just imagine how rediculus.
If your time is bad you will choose this apartment. Here the commitee maintains one whatsapp group with name "Sai's Bluepetals(Tenant)". The real comedy is only admin can send msgs in this group. Means this is like committee 'man ki bath'. Just you can read can't post anything.
