They are just another aggregator (do not have own cars fleet) who takes booking and then have a tie up with dozens of taxi / car providers. While getting a booking from you they talk professionally but then internally its pretty much jugaad based car allotment. I would recommend to check on other well known websites for better rates and hopefully better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. Sai is very easy to book ( I called them up about a query and ended up booking on the call). The driver details were sent well in advance and the pick up happened on time. The car was clean & comfortable with a good driver who was well dressed and polite. He waited for us to finish our business and also helped pull over when our kid was unwell. No complaints but genuinely impressed with the service. The rates are very reasonable for the services provided. Definitely recommend!!

We had a great experience with reliable car rental! There was only one car remaining in the class of vehicle we reserved, which ended up having a safety re call. We were promptly upgraded and sent on our way. I was a bit taken a back when we were handed the keys and told to let them know if there were any concerns, but on a brand new vehicle there were none. We were respectful with the car, cleaned it up a little before returning it with a full tank of Diesel, and were charged exactly the amount quoted on the reservation. We declined their insurance as I was double-covered with my own auto policy plus coverage through the cc i used. I would definitely recommend...
