I have given my laptop for repair.After repair when i take my laptop there are other problem. its take 2-3 min to boot. when I again went there shop they tried but when not done they just say this lenova laptop like this only. before that it works fine. I never went there shop after this incident

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogancy at it's heights. They don't know anything about behaving with customers. And they were charging me 750 for just opening the laptop. They did not say anything about their prices on call and when I got there then they said that the charges would be 750 for opening the laptop. This was ridiculous. They need to have little professionalism.
I don't know how people are saying that they do service at 'reasonable' cost! Mey be they got deep pockets because I found the price to be ridiculously higher.
And finally my problem was fixed at another store for free because there was no potential damage. Just imagine that these people were asking for 750 for something that the other person did for free!
Worthless people and place! Very disappointed!
