★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero rating..big fraud land dealer..Be careful before buying property from them.They will show you some plot which you are never going to get.They will take money as booking amount and invest in some other fund.Their general manager MR JENA is not worty and nervous,does not know about the project too..Their land agents will keep identifying themselves as manager,lawyers etc which is very funny.Their Owner mr Swain event not responsive.My brother brought plots from him,he is not getting possesion for last 16 months .Big touts,false lie n promise.So pray to LORD SAIRAM if you buy property from them..

they took all money and kept delaying registration by giving fake excuse like land owner (in our case nidrabati rout)is in hospital, or demanding more money, aji sankranti, aji guruvar, aji bank band , nilam sir ka relative hospital re achanti etc. Mr sathirtha mohanty will say all sugar coated things till u give them ur hard earned money and when you contact him for reasons on delaying registration/refund, he ll say " nilam sir sangre katha hei jantu". If you ask for refund, they ll even give you a 3 month later date cheque and they are not afraid if you bounce it too. Coz i did it.
they do all sorts of drama like its quarter end or year end , month end , so bank server is not working. they will send you recordings of their fake call with fake customer saying that some crores of money is going to come in next 10 days , then u will get ur refund. cheque is still not showing unclear, you go to bank and confirm. bla bla bla ...
i wish i had read the reviews before trusting this s**th**e company. i would have not faced 1 year of torture. i needed the money bcoz of a medical emergency at home. begged and cried infront of the staff. but of no use
After a struggle of 9 months , i got my money back. work from home helped a lot as i went to his office everyday and closed the main door and sat there from morning till night. not allowing staff to go out till late night. all employee know everything but will lie to your face that you will get refund/registration today. many frustrated customers came everyday for patta , boundary issue. people have done registration 4 years back and still have not got possession. another friend of ours used high profile cbi contact and mr nilam refunded them in a month. so if you have contacts use them. or go and sit there to create pressure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am customer of this company. It’s been one year but still did not get the possession. When I tried calling GM Mr Jena he has blocked my number. The MD Mr Nilam is also not very helpful. He will not respond even after lots of follow up. Please be careful when dealing with these guys. Please make sure you get the contact signed off before giving money. They have setup with registration office. Pata will never be delivered to you, instead it will go to their office. Please be careful they might show you some plot and give that to someone else. They are not professional at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic, unprofessional company. You need to consider twice before giving your hard earned money. We were a victim of this company where they promised a land which we had selected, took all the money(22 lakhs) but didn't deliver anything.
Their staff are bunch of liars who will try to convince you at any cost. They even try to trick you by forging documents to prove their point. In our case they tried forging a sale deed to convince us that Mr. Neelam has bought the land from land owner. But to our surprise it was nt the case.
MD Neelam Swain is a cheat and he is not a man of his words. Me and my wife had to endure a lot of struggle to recover our money. But finally with gods grace we could able to get our refund back. So would urge all of you to be cognizant about this fact and never ever make any deal with this company.
