★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Ordered a apex locator of J Morita root zx mini. They quoted Rs.47500/- . I paid them 20k in advance, they promised that you will get the equipment by next day. Next day when i enquired, they said that the place from whcih they bring is closed and you will get by tomorrow morning. Next day also i called them atleast 10 times, half of the time they didnt responded. Later in the evening, when i went at the shop. They said we cannot get the equipment at this price. Instead you have to pay 53500/- . That was 6k extra then what they have promised. I then cancelled the order and asked them to return my money. It took them 3 days to return my money after multiple followups and requests. Seemed they didnt had any intention to return back the money. The person over there Mr. Sudarshan Dubey, doesn't have any etiquette of dealing with a customer. He even insulted my wife, when she tried calling up for returning the money . Not recommended to anyone. Please be careful.
