★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some premium row houses in the offering. However there are a lot of ambiguities especially related to how it will turn out to be since no smaples are offered and even the video showing concept is of the older phase. Hopefully they will be keeping up the promises.
While the gated community will be good based on the concept offering, the premium charged is a bit too higher and especially with the locality not been premium, there would be required a lot of development. Please looking for amenities need to look elsewhere as it's based on a small land parcel which doesn't offer e ough space for every amenity.
But overall you can look at this 4BHK rowhouse offering if you are looking at 3 BHK apartments.
