★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi- I stayed in this apartment for 2.8 year and here are few of my own observation and it may helpful for you.
1. The backside of the house is a GRAVEYARD
2. The maintenance charge always come 2-3K including water supply.
3.You will have to pay one time lift maintenance charges in a Year.
4. If you are planning to stay rent, then you may face following challengs.
A. You will always have proper parking issue
B. Owner ( Dr. Rambabu Naladala) will deduct unwanted money when you planned to leave. That happened with many people including me to me as well, which I never faced with any owner in my last 16 years.
