They installed the system in Sep 2018 and I have called them with issues atlest half a dazon times & every time their guy visits us they charge us a visit fee. If I need their service I need to chase Mr Santosh (owner or manager not sure same contact number mentioned in their details) for minimum 4 days to make him send a guy.
It has been a horrifying experience with this guys as there is zero transparency and customer service aspect to the way they do business. I am sharing my experience so that no one else should go through this kind of mental torture after paying this kind of money
