★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is value for money residential apartment. Location-wise, it is near great places. Kammanhalli market, which is an upcoming food street of Bangalore offers great outing options. City center (mg road) is never too far, nor is the Airport or the chief working places of Bangalore ( Manyata tech park, Indira nagar or white field). Overall great on location. Immediate proximity of the apartment complex offers reasonable day to day amenities like shops, stores, hospitals and schools. Flats are spacious and well appointed for the rent charges but apartment amenities are basic - security, water and 12 hour power back up. Down sides include weak association, some noisy and inconsiderate neighbours (balanced by some brilliant ones). Overall ok for small and mobile families.
