★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are proving super service. very polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff Mr. Sandeep Kumar Dwivedi is very good advisor he help all his Coustmer properly . they do all the possible diagnosis to reach the final problem. I would say go to the Rohan moters with blind faith. They have all the solution for cars. Thanks you Rohan Moters.

Mr. Rohit kumar give me 1 month time for repairing after my request he finish all work within 4 days all work done as per my satisfaction i am really happy with this type of efforts. My car is now again in new cinfition HR26BF5752 ALTO K-10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been servicing my car for the past 7 years from this place and with an exception of a 5 figure bill every time I service my vehicle, My experience every time has been worse than the previous visits. I always believed that since this is an authorised service center, they would do a better job than others but it's no different except that you pay high bills all the time. Only only thing that made me go to the service center is that they fix issues if they didn't fix on the first go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I have mixed views at this place. Reaching the place a big hassle and then if you want a cab back once you have handed your vehicle, it would be an uphill task. Secondly the service agents are good at whatever they do, but every time they would leave one or two task for next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laid back attitude, no one knows what's happening. Had to get the same job done for four times.
The radio antenna was charged on the bill but not replaced.
The rear number plate was broken, changed once pointed out.
It took more than two hours to give the car.
They just call the customer without checking the car themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with staff and mechanics, they do not know how to resolve problems and do jugaads. They do not care about customer experience and their cars. I have to write an email soon to Maruti Suzuki regarding Rohan Motors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A negligible repair was required. The service engineer tried to sell me a total clutch overhaul. On further insistence, mechanic checked, and shared that a coupling bush is missing, which they can take out of another old cable and fix it. Not a new part, but will work. A nigglee little thing. Diagnosis took 1 min. Fix took 2 second. Paperwork took 45mins. First time I saw a maruti dealer service centre bill for an old part and some odd service head. In most other centres this would have come complementary and without inflated estimates. This service center is best avoided I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way these guys work is pathetic. My car went here for a repair and the repair that was done usually takes 2-3 days but these guys took 4 weeks and after multiple follow ups the car was delivered and that one side window is kinda sprayed with the paint. Now have to get it cleaned professionally to see through it properly. Pathetic service, they dont even update you have to yourself call and ask. Not good for body work wouldn't suggest going here.
