★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited him for fixing the mobile & laptop. He tried for 1 month. After that he said he couldn't get the laptop fixed. Then he recover my laptop data and took my mobile as payment. In the beginning he said mobile will get fixed in 1000. After I visited him, he said mobile was fixed at 2500. In the end, just to get the money for data recovery from laptop, he took off my mobile in return. I had an unpleasant experience with him. In the end when I got back my unfixable laptop from him, he didn't give the charger to me. I wish he was honest about dealing with customers and clear in communications about the charges involved in fixing. His assistants working in the shop are also the reason for the low rating given by customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Digvijay, extremely careless, inexperienced and unprofessional. I had taken my laptop to insert ssd. I had lots of data in my laptop. I asked him repeatedly whether the data needed backup. He said that there was no need for backup.
I am a Doctoral scholar and had my 5years work in it. While inserting the ssd, all my data was lost.
He kept my laptop for more than a week telling that he will try to recover the data, but there was no transparency in his work and he failed to do so.
According to proper procedure, the data needed back up before inserting the ssd. But he misinformed me about the procedure.
And moreover, he didn't even admit his mistake of misinformation.
Not recommended at all.
