β β β β β A bogus. I paid 30% at first for North East. Two years after using my money for their development , they said our partner wants the plot. Some plots not sold yet, Take from those unsold plots. I asked them to return my money with interest. They said we don't pay you interest or money you can choose the useless unsold plot.These unethical people will pay.
