★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment looks good from outside but when you actually go and stay here, you will understand the problems.
You won't have a municipal water connection, tenants get water tankers and that too every alternate day.
You won't have enough security, there are only two security guards, one in the morning shift and the other in the night shift. Both the guards are so old, it looks like they are in 70s.
Electricity issue is another major problem, electricity goes off at its will, there is no specific timings, everyday you will have a collective of around 2 hours random power cut without any schedule.
I guess the committee is also not formed.
