★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultima is still a under construction property since last 5+ years, builder has given up on construction of ameneties, there are lot of structural issues as well.
Around 250+ families are residing here since last 4 years and waiting for project to complete..
Everyone got fooled by the prime location and 40+ ameneties offered.
Now builder openly said in meeting with residents that he don't have funds to compete the project.
Beware of the builder and his currently running and future projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder with no remorse. Makes false promises and never stands by his words. I would give no stars to this builder if that was an option. New buyers beware of this builder. Any positive words are given by his paid employees or ppl with fake profiles. If you want a real picture pls visit this builders project Ultima on Rachenahalli Main Road. It was supposed to be completed before covid ever existed. This project has only put up the blocks and forced ppl with heavy loans to move in into an unfinished compound which is given free access to vicious dogs and snakes. Any shopkeeper opposite to the site will tell you stories about the builders apathy. Residents BP is all time high due to the builders attitude and unresponsive on ground team who joke about residents plight behind closed doors. Builder had promised complete attention to Ultima's amenities and issues 6 months ago. He is concerned abt all his new projects than this one. Enough said. Dont fall for fake promises and this clueless builder.
