★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is best but there staff are very bad youseles behaviour is very very bad today I call him 2 ,45 pm to booking but she tell my that you come on 4 30 pm and I went to go 4 30 pm and I will go in 25 kilomiter but she rejected me tell me that tooken is full and she refuse me so I will come to capital hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best paediatrician in the town. He advises over whatsapp also. Very patient and explains to all the queries. The clinic is very child friendly and the child doesnt get scared going to the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very nice experience visiting to the clinic for my kids consultation and vaccination. Dr Satpathy was very attentive and detailed preventive actions need to be taken care for my kid. Best doctor I consulted yet for my kid in Bhubaneswar.
Updating after 2nd visit: Staff response is pathetic. I called them for my kids flu vaccination,they told me to come before 12pm and it will be done quickly.i reached the clinic around 11:20 am and was waiting till 1 pm for my turn.i approached the staff 2 times in-between to check if it can be done quickly as it's only a vaccination reffered by the doc in my previous visit. Waisted my 3 hrs on a new year for uncompetant staff.

Good things
1. The doctor shows patience and listens to your concerns carefully. Seems well behaved.As i never consulted him for any illness so dont know how good or bad he is.
2. The clinic relatively clean
Bad things
1.Three times i visited this place for my kids vaccine, they charged consultation fee.But the other equally good clinic i visit never charge consultation fee for the vaccines
2. The place i normally visit is owned by an equally qualified reputed doctor. For each vaccine, he gives 10-15% discount to the original MRP. Sai clinic charge exactly the same as the MRP. What i feel is, this clinic is just there to make money irarationally. If you are planning to visit for vaccination, i would suggest to check any reputed clinic or doctor for the price. And then take a call.
3. The most ill behaved and rude staffs. You will feel as if they do you a favour to you for paying to visit the clinic.
Over all i give it a 1 rating purely for the irrational charges and ill behaved staff
