The owner has robbed me off 50000 out of the 80000 deposit money, which she deemed to to be charging us for damages and maintenance which I wasn't liable to pay. Because of my vulnerable position with respect to being an immigrant in this city, I couldn't really do anything beyond calling her everyday requesting her. Please be vary of such land lord/lady because they are bound to exploit vulnerable tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent a property here unless you want to lose your deposit money. I have made the mistake of living here without doing a thorough background check. I've been personally been robbed by Rs.30,000 and am still trying to get it back (Its been nearly one year).
Rent is collected within hours of notice in hard cash. Dealings are always shady, and even basic details like rental agreements are not shared with tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT TAKE AN APARTMENT HERE. Absolute scam. The lady who owns it, I hope she is made to repent for the amount of money she is stealing from unsuspecting tenants in her property. One of the worst pieces of scum I have met in the city of Bangalore or in my life. She makes innocent students and youth pay her in kind on time and then doesn't return the exorbitant deposit amount when leaving, stating various fake reasons, doesn't respond to calls or texts saying she's busy, while she regularly posts putrid stories of herself on Whatsapp driving around in luxury vehicles and visiting restaurants wearing gold. Hope God forsaken people like this who get away with such felonies under plain daylight come under the scrutiny of legal punishment in the future.
