β β β β β There is partiality in paying payment through UPI , those customers come to get servicing done from here only they are allowed to pay through UPI but those who come to buy hero genuine parts they have to go outside to withdraw money from ATM .
IT is senseless action or mistreating behaviour .
It needs to improving customer service ?β??β?.
β±οΈβ³β° manager customer care - bijoy Mathew is managing here , so please ?? understand the situation of customer be cooperative with customers .

β β β β β Poor service. Their landline number is changed, and they have not database to inform the regular customer. You have to keep calling their showroom to get the number of service center.
Hopeless...
Location is too bad...
Waiting room with mosquito waiting for you ...
