★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for rent in this apartment for nearly 3 years it was good for first 2 years, later beside apartment got constructed which grabbed sunlight from this, my flat became dark, lack of sun light. Construction quality could be more good. Can't imagine if opposite and backside apartments got constructed in future. Standalone apartment, so no amenities for you. Security person was good.

Many super markets at a walkable distance like the Grand Mart, More, Star etc. Area has rapidly developed more than expected. In the radius of 100 mts one can get all the daily needs.
