★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service from the place. I was a resident there for almost 1.5 years in block 2. The rent was comparatively high even though there's a graveyard next door. From the start time of the stay, I had to call the owner multiple times for different issues like water leak in the kitchen and toilet. They have a plumber who doesn't care about what we/the owner have to stay. He himself made the owner and us pay a good amount of money unnecessarily.
I was the only person residing there on that floor for a long time. Recently, I had to move out of the place due to personal reasons. I had to pay two months' rent as per my agreement. On top of that, the plumber guy and the electrician came to the place and checked everything after I left. They cooked up stories that multiple things weren't working like "there's some issue with the fan, it's running slow" (I complained about this when I first moved in)
Other than all these issues in Block 2, for everyone who might need a place, few points -
1. Pets allowed ✅
2. No security available
3. No secured parking space
4. Not too much restrictions✅
5. Fresh water wasn't available for few months. Most of the residents purchase from outside.
6. Graveyard next door
7. No car parking, should keep on the road
8. Lots of shops are available nearby ✅
9. No proper response from the guy who took care of everything when I moved in (his dad is a very nice guy, couldn't tell him bye when I moved out)
Won't recommend the place, too much loss of money??
