★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai poorna society a 5* star society with all the basic facilities like gym , basketball court , club house ,swimming pool nd most importantly a well furnished and non-furnished flats .
Security Guards are polite nd well trained nd will help you at every step.
A proper parking area has been alloted to every flat member nd proper security nd cleanniness also provided at parking slots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst construction, poor management - you keep on complaining to the management for any issue they will never contact with the solution, everything provided inside the apartment from builder's side is of cheap quality. Sometime there is no water at all or of it is available it stinks a lot. Will never suggest anybody to waste your money on this site.

Construction wise, yes...there is so lack of maintaining proper construction method.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is in a pretty much stranded area like off sarjapur road, construction quality is average and maintenance is poor. But apartments built very well from inside even though outer view of the building fails to impress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is not at all maintained. No amenities whatsoever. Maintanence is way too much and no clubhouse, gym, pool is maintained. Everything is always broken. Staff and security is not at all good. Manager James is the worst. He is of no help. Very rude and misbehaved. Ask for extra money to solve the issues in the building like for eg generator issues. He solves nothing what so ever. Not recommended for a stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments here are good enough and mostly the rents are lower compared to other gated communities. There are good facilities like swimming pools and gym. There are also a few restaurants and shops nearby. It is very close to the main road, so it's convenient, but there can also be noise and traffic pollution at times.
